Khalifa Hamad Al-Mannai graduated in Business Administration and Communication and started his career working for the Immigration Department as a PR Executive. He moved on to work in the Ministry of Civil Services and later joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Public Relations coordinator and a Protocol Officer organizing conformances, functions and receptions. In 2004, Khalifa was awarded with the Certificate of Appreciation from Qatar Foundation for his contribution to the Academic Bridge Program. In 2006, he was awarded with the Arab Diplomats Training Program by the United Nations. Khalifa worked as an advisor to the second committee at the 61st Session General Assembly at the United Nations Headquarters, New York.
