Mr. Rashid Al Naimi is the Vice President (Administration) of Qatar Foundation for Education Science and Community Development and sits on the board of Reach Out to Asia (ROTA). Mr. Naimi has over 19 years of diversified experience in Oil and Gas Industry including ten years at Senior Management levels of Key departments. Prior to joining the Qatar Foundation, he was the Human Resources Manager at RasGas Company Limited, a leading producer of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in the world. He has extensive experience in developing policy guidelines, strategies and budgeting, HR, procurement, Materials & Contracts, warehouse operations and logistics. A strong believer of teamwork and continuous improvement philosophy, he has an outstanding record of performance in all the institutions he has served. Mr. Rashid Al Naimi has a BS in economics from the Indiana State University, USA.
