Bids and Proposals Management exists to position Qatar as host nation to attract global congresses and internationally branded large scale events to take place in one of the country's many purpose built venues - including the Qatar National Convention Centre, Doha Exhibition Centre, Education City, Medical City, Energy City and Sports City.

A tender process usually involves collaborating with international associations to win and secure large scale events, researching and preparing bid documents; inclusive of promotions, lobbying for bids, marketing plans and budgets.
